I am a die hard Nokia fan. I've only owned Nokia phones since 1998.
Two days ago I received my new Nokia E71x. My enthusiasm is to resign because of the design.
Others have commented extensively on what is good for E71x. Battery life is exceptional. However, you must know some of the challenges that the phone before purchasing it. This is an important investment for some people.
1. The speaker volume is very low. Even more difficult than the definition would not be able to hear the other person when you're on a busy road. The problem is not better with a Bluetooth headset. Even in a quiet room, the problem is annoying.
2. The user interface is not a Nokia classic. The menus are completely different from many other Nokia phones are proprietary. The menu is not intuitive. At worst, the manual is wrong (for example, when a couple is trying to earphone).

I contacted Net10 tech support, who insisted that the problem was on Sprint's end.
