LG GD 510 - Touch Screen With a Splendid Design
LG GD 510 is a touch screen with simple looks and great functionality. It has a large TFT screen with light weight that helps in holding the phone comfortably. It is provided with a touch screen which helps users to easily navigate the menus with finger or with stylus. It comes with solar battery accessory that can be attached anytime and anywhere.
Design and Display
The dimensions of the phone measures 97.8 x 49.5 x 11.2 mm and weighs just 87 g. It is clear from the dimensions that it can easily be fitted in the pocket. The styling of phone offers unisex design with clean lines on its body that looks attractive while holding in hand. Sides and front of the gadget are light silvery in color, but the back is covered with dark and faux metal finish, which offers an attractive finish to the overall body. Above the display screen there is an earpiece located that functions as a loudspeaker, as well.
Below the screen there is a home key that acts as a Call or End button. Volume rocker key is located at the left side in metallic structure that looks incredibly elegant. USB port is also placed at the left and serves for data cable, head set connection and charger port. Camera key hosts on the right side and is well accepted for multi functionality. Slightly pressing this key opens the favorite application and pressing it hard launches the camera.
At the top of device, there is a power button which performs locking and unlocking of the screen.
The bottom of device is empty and has only a mouthpiece. The 3 mega pixel camera is located at the back positioned at the extreme left. Opening the back cover reveals the Li-ion battery and there is a sign to open or close the battery for providing a better convenience to users.
Under the battery cover, there is memory card slot which is easily swappable. It acquires large TFT of 3 inches that supports the resolution of 240 x 400 pixels. The resistive touch screen also offers access to 256 K colors which looks beautiful when being held in hands.
