I bought this product to replace my Motorola V360 for 2 years of good use. I wanted a phone that has similar functionality, but with FM. I was disappointed with a handsfree headset. It is still 2.5 mm input jack, but now as an extension of 3.5 headset, which also serves as a microphone. I hope that holds a microphone to an extension, so you can better use the headset 3.5 mm, which will remain in my ear. I think Bluetooth to buy now. The keyboard is small. My Phone # of T-Mobile Sync Server, but do not know what is safe. Telephone can have 3 numbers after EntryName, but if you move the SIM will be divided into each number, enter the name, name1, name2. Overall the phone is good for what it is, a media player / recorder.

I have the same problem and many others who I know also phone off for themselves several times a week. Yesterday turned mine off for good. Not coming back on. I do not recommend this phone. Really.

I just got this phone after having a Nokia / Verizon candybar for 3 years (and to be completely satisfied.) WiFi / UMA calls will make this much more useful and have a much larger coverage - when the phone is WiFi mode will not be using a GSM network, which requires the design of occasional dropped calls (contrary to network–Verizon/Sprint CDMA). I have been very faithful to the coverage and CDMA technology - in terms of users, is higher, objectively speaking. However, I do not like Verizon as a company, and I was looking forward to some opportunities for change. Wi-Fi option offered by Tmobile was the perfect choice for me. When the WiFi, you will have a call interrupted so the wifi connection hesitate.
