Even turning the phone (Nokia seemed) a good job.
Tried to activate on the website … Errors Net10 serial.
Called the 1-866 number to activate, hung up to 4 times after the entry of information such as serial number, etc. .. "A user agent will assist you," then nothing. Called "technical support" hoax! First line agent awkward. Again and again to me I said just tell me that the phone is idle … hello because we have on the phone, click here … to "activate", then the phone. Trish the supervisor, it took 3 attempts to achieve, and told me to fax all my information, including phone cards and a receipt of purchase … U are kidding! 24-48 hours for a reply, and I did not even activate a phone? Not a chance. Fortunately for me, Wal-Mart has kindly return my money. I want to keep up with Verizon, have spoiled me with their customer service AWESOME.
